ST MAARTEN POLICE OFFICER A VAN HEYNIGEN SUSPENDED IN BRUTAL ASSAULT OF GIRLFRIEND PBD

Police A Van Heynigen has been suspended from The St Maarten Police Department and has had his gun taken away. Van Heynigan has a long history abusing  P.B.D.  Chief of Police Peter de Witte has confirmed that there is an investigation into the allegations of criminal misconduct.
The assault allegations have been handed over to the Prosecutor. The case is being investigated by the  The Lands Recherche.

The allegations is one of many incidents alleged to involve the officer including assaults by the officer on his girlfriend P. B. D. He has also been accused of stalking her, he has threatened to shoot her with his service revolver, and dragged her into the ocean and held her underwater.
He has beaten her repeatedly, and sent her to the abuse shelters.
The police will pass on the case to Internal Affairs…
